DML
LOGS 6-8
Participants in the MAIS Zoom
Pre-Conference in Cairo were prepared as Digital Microscopy Leaders
(DML). They were expected to return to their home schools, use
digital microscopy in their own classes, and share it with their
teacher and administrative colleagues. DMLs were requested to
maintain, complete, and return ZOOM LOGS as records of their
implementations and use of ZOOM technology and instructional
strategies. |
|
Following are three LOGS that exemplify ZOOM DML activities in
their schools. The first is from Rachael Van Fleet of the American
School of Milan, Italy the second is from Andrew P. Mechling of the
American School of Madrid, Spain, and the third is from Tina
Centurio of the Carlucci American International School of Lisbon,
Portugal . It should be noted that in addition to the students and
colleagues involved in ZOOM through the leadership of these
outstanding DMLs, they also led efforts to secure classroom sets
(approximately 25 each) of DigiScopes for their schools for use by
many more teachers and students in the future. |
