The schools where the photos were taken include Carlucci American International School in Lisbon (CAISL), Portugal, the American School of Madrid in Spain, and others. Children are engaged in a variety of activities including using DigiScopes, making and observing wet-mount slides, receiving instructions and assistance from teachers, utilizing Motic software, working cooperatively in groups, interpreting observations, investigating, exploring, and experimenting.
